As the Lead Front-End Developer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to deliver an outstanding user experience through our customer hosting panel. Leading a team of front-end developers and collaborating closely with our UX/UI Designer, you’ll bring designs to life with clean, efficient, and high-quality code.

You will lead the project of our Customer Hosting Panel, building this from scratch with the front-end developer and UX/UI Designer. This panel is to be the forefront of our customers experience. Offering hosting services and solutions based on their wants and needs. This is a front-end application that will work with other solutions via API calls as well as working with business intelligence software to utilise customer data.

Your expertise in front-end technologies will be crucial in creating a seamless, responsive, and user friendly interface that meets the needs of our diverse global customer base. You’ll drive the development of new features, ensure coding standards are upheld, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of front-end developers and a UX Designer.
  • Advocate and implement testing practices. 
  • Develop new products to high standards in code quality, design, and performance. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Front-end Team, UX designers and other stakeholders. 
  • Proactively identify technical challenges. 
  • Provide strategic input to the product roadmap. 

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5+ years of front-end development experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
  • Experience building front-end applications with API integrations.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and customer data integration.
  • Proficiency in testing tools like Cypress or Jest.
  • Expertise in creating responsive, high performance interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong collaboration with UX/UI designers.
  • Problem solving and proactive technical skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Experience mentoring and motivating a team to achieve high standards.
