About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to help in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of our SaaS and on-premises products. You will collaborate with development teams and customer IT departments to ensure seamless deployment, availability, and security of cloud environments. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer interaction to drive successful integrations and system reliability.
 
Salary: €50k-€55k
Location: Lisbon (2x/week at the office)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for the platform.

• Manage deployment handover to go-live readiness, configuring applications to meet customer requirements.

• Execute integrations between the platform and external data sources.

• Create and present technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues.
 

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in technical support, integration, IT, QA, or application-level support.

• Advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

• Expertise with Kubernetes – Mandatory.

• Familiarity with Docker deployment technologies and OpenSearch – Big Advantages.

• Proficiency in integration methods using APIs and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Helm).

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to create documentation.
