About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join and lead a dynamic development team. This role involves managing a team of backend and frontend developers, as well as a QA automation engineer, and driving the development of innovative features for a cutting-edge product.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for leadership, technology, and problem-solving to scale up a growing product and team while tackling engineering challenges.
 

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (2x/week at the office)
Salary: €60k-€70k

 

​​​​​Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and guide frontend and backend developers.

• Lead a full-stack development team (3-5 members).

• Collaborate with the product team, architects, and other development teams.

• Design and implement features that align with product goals.

• Maintain and support the production environment.

 

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of team leadership experience (3-5 members) – Mandatory.

• 5+ years of software development, including at least 3 years in Java and Spring – Mandatory.

• Familiarity with Python and Angular is a plus.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Experience with Hibernate, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.

• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a “can-do” attitude.
