We are building a specialized data infrastructure team to support our growing business needs. As a Data Warehouse Lead, you will design and implement a scalable Data Core platform, replacing multiple database replicas and ensuring seamless integration of Genesys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP HANA, and our internal CRM with the DataLake. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will define the technology roadmap, hire and lead a distributed team, and work closely with Group Marketing, Group Risk, and Group Service to optimize external tools for internal use.
Salary: €75k-€85k/year

• Develop Data Core Infrastructure: Implement a scalable and reliable platform to replace multiple database replicas.
• Integrate & Connect Systems: Ensure seamless data flow between external tools (Genesys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP HANA) and our DataLake.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to translate data analysis requirements into scalable solutions.
• Technology Leadership: Define the long-term data architecture and lead strategic initiatives.
• 4+ years of experience in data warehousing, data transformation, or systems analysis.
• Strong expertise in data pipelines and streaming technologies (Apache Iceberg, Apache Spark).
• Proven experience setting up data infrastructure for high-performance systems.
• Ability to read and map API documentation to business processes.
• DataLake architecture knowledge and experience adapting to existing data structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive discussions on business process optimization.
• Self-driven and hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Nessie (metadata storage for Apache Iceberg) and MinIO (data storage).
• Proficiency in Python and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Genesys APIs.
