Summary

We are looking for a fully remote Senior / Lead Product Designer  ($60k-80k / year) to play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing user experiences.This is a 100% remote position open to candidates across LATAM, with a project duration of 3-6 months and the potential for renewal.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design process for our product, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design high-quality, user-centric interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems and workflows that ensure consistency across platforms.
• Drive the design vision and strategy while ensuring user needs and business goals align.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and support on design best practices.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in Figma 
• Proven experience designing complex products with a focus on user experience.
• Open to working in a remote environment with USA or Canada-based companies.

 

Nice to Have 

• Strong portfolio.
• Experience in fintech or investment fund projects is a bonus.
• Ability to take ownership of design projects and mentor junior designers.
• Available for fractional or freelance work
