Summary

We are looking for a fully remote Backend Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience. This is a 100% remote role based anywhere in Latam.

You will be working alongside the Engineering team helping B2B marketing teams repurpose long-form videos into full-funnel, campaign-ready sales & marketing content.

With two repeat founders with exits & funded by top-tier venture firms, we’re building the first Enterprise video content automation platform to help marketing teams 10x their content output.

What You’ll Do

• Help users centralize marketing tasks such as messaging research, content generation, approvals, audit, lifecycle management, collaboration management, and performance measurement in a single platform.
• Build modern web applications with scalable infrastructures.
• Design and implement large-scale data pipelines to train cutting-edge models.
• Scale up model inference and run predictions at scale.
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
• Develop and prototype retrieval systems, working on a range of tasks including generating useful dense vectors and reranking.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with Python or Golang.
• C++ or video processing experience is a big advantage.
• Interest in deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Senior-level experience, preferably with US-based companies, working on serious, core backend work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing machine-learning systems (such as query classification, recommendation, embedding-based search, or machine-learned ranking).
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Experience working on data infrastructure.
