Responsibilities

As an SAP Consultant specializing in Order-to-Cash (O2C), your primary focus will be supporting the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA while optimizing processes. Key tasks include:​​

• Rollout Support: Implement standardized factory and sales templates across global factories.
• Migration Process: Facilitate the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth process and minimal business disruption.
• Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into IT deliverables.
• System Alignment: Provide advisory support to connect business processes to IT solutions, focusing on best practices and SAP integration.
• Training and Testing: Conduct training for key users, prepare test plans, and execute smoke tests to ensure system functionality.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA solutions, particularly in Order-to-Cash (SD/MM) processes. - Mandatory
• Previous experience in gathering and aligning business and IT requirements.
• In-depth understanding of SAP SD and MM modules, with strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with global rollout projects and standardized templates.
• Ability to align with IT teams handling customizations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders;
• Adaptable and proactive mindset with experience working in international environments.
• Languages: Proficiency in English & Portuguese (written and spoken).
