About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lease Accounting Consultant to join our team (up to €55k/year)!

As an SAP Technical Lease Accounting Consultant, you will lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Lease Accounting (RE-FX) solutions, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 standards and alignment with business goals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions for lease management and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical challenges, and support integration across SAP modules while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead the configuration and customization of SAP RE-FX modules tailored to lease management needs.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 standards and integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM).
• Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces to optimize lease processes.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and support data migration and validation activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, technical troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience as a SAP Lease Accounting (RE-FX) Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP RE-FX configuration and IFRS 16 standards.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori, data migration, and integration across SAP modules.
• Basic understanding of ABAP troubleshooting.
• Relevant SAP certifications; S/4HANA certification is a plus.
