About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Python) to help enhance our workspace management solutions. You’ll focus on building and maintaining backend systems for features like desk and room booking, visitor management, and third-party integrations.

Salary: Up to 60k/year

 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend systems to support new product features.
• Work on APIs and integrate third-party services for seamless operations.
• Optimize database performance (SQL) and debug system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure APIs are designed using good practices and principles.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python experience, with several years working on production-grade features.
• Familiarity with Django is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of ORM and SQL with experience in database optimization.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging complex bottlenecks.
• Proven ability to design and implement APIs following best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A commitment to clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
