About the Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Product Designer to join our team (€30-45k/year)!

As Product Designer, you will design user-centred products by leading the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

The Product Designer is responsible for creating, engaging and effective user experiences through detailed design work, from concept to completion. This role requires a combination of creative and analytical expertise to deliver products that align with both user expectations and business goals, while also crafting innovative, user-friendly solutions that cater to the needs of the target audience.
The Product Designer will report to the Head of Product Design.​​​​​​​


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of product features from wireframing and prototyping to final visual design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with product goals.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across all platforms.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Stay informed on design trends and best practices to elevate the product’s quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie).
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to improve design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• A degree in design, HCI, or a related field, with 3-5 years of product design experience.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
