We are looking for a driven and adaptable Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. You will play a key role in developing pipelines, managing trials, and closing deals with B2B companies. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the CEO and work closely with the team to replicate proven sales strategies.

This company offers an AI-powered video marketing platform that helps businesses repurpose long-form content, such as webinars or interviews, by automatically extracting and creating short and more engaging clips. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level sales professional eager to grow in a startup-friendly environment and work towards becoming an Enterprise Representative as the company expands.
 

Location:  Remote (U.S.-based)

Employment Type:  Contractor (with potential to become permanent after a few months)

Salary: $75k + $75k OTE

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales pipelines by sourcing prospects through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and outreach tools.

• Execute outreach strategies using Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.

• Own the sales process during trials, including engaging with CMOs, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

• Close deals with mid-market companies, ensuring seamless handoffs to CSMs for ongoing customer success.

• Adapt and learn quickly by shadowing and replicating the techniques of senior sales leaders.


 

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into Martech.

• Hands-on experience with pipeline development, cold outreach, and sales sequencing tools.

• Proven ability to navigate startup environments and build rapport with mid-sized companies (50-500 employees).

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for running meetings and engaging senior stakeholders.

• Eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Located in the U.S. 


 

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar tools.

• Experience working with CMOs and navigating SaaS trials.

• Exposure to startups or mid-market sales teams.
