We're seeking a VP of Hardware Engineering to lead and innovate our Hardware department. This role involves managing the hardware engineering team, driving technical innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.

• Lead and Mentor: Guide the hardware engineering team to deliver top-quality, innovative hardware solutions.

• Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to meet hardware development goals, supporting business growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure integration of hardware and software.

• Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies in hardware design and manufacturing.

• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to best practices, development standards, and compliance.

• Leadership: Provide technical leadership to solve complex challenges and contribute to business strategy.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Experience:

• Extensive background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Proven leadership in managing large hardware engineering teams.

• Successful track record in delivering complex hardware products from concept to production.

• Strong understanding of hardware development processes and manufacturing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to drive innovation and adapt to emerging technologies.
