We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist ( $45k-$55k / year) with a creative mindset and a fluent level of English to join our fully remote team. This is a 100% remote role based anywhere in LATAM.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and engineering teams to help B2B marketing teams repurpose long-form videos into high-quality sales and marketing content. You will craft compelling content and create engaging visuals to enhance brand messaging and drive customer engagement.

With two repeat founders with successful exits and backed by top-tier venture firms, we are building the first Enterprise video content automation platform to help marketing teams 10x their content output.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a content strategy focused on B2B marketing.
• Create engaging, high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Repurpose long-form video content into snackable marketing materials (short clips, social media posts, and infographics).
• Work with design tools to create eye-catching visuals that enhance marketing content.
• Optimize content for SEO and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and branding.
• Stay up to date with content marketing trends, AI, and video marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or creative marketing.
• Experience working with B2B marketing teams or SaaS companies.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn complex topics into compelling content.
• Experience with SEO, content strategy, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite to create visuals.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
