We are looking for a Business Operations Associate ($133-165k/year) to join our team and report directly to the VP of Business Operations. This individual will drive the development and maintenance of efficient operational processes to ensure smooth, scalable growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in both corporate and startup finance, and disciplined in enforcing processes that support effective scaling.

​​​​​Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations & AR: Oversee revenue operations, KPIs, CRM databases, and manage AR invoicing, crypto payments, and collections, ensuring smooth handling of both finance and crypto workflows. Serve as the point of contact for communication with customers and stakeholders.
• AP Management: Maintain the AP database, process bi-monthly payments, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for both traditional and crypto payments.
• Finance Partner Management: Manage external finance vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliverables and financial closings, and collaborate with auditors and third-party service providers.
• Vendor Procurement & Negotiation: Lead vendor selection, handle pricing negotiations, and ensure contracts align with company goals and budgets.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, including financial models, revenue metrics, and budgets, and oversee audits, tax reporting, and investor communications, ensuring compliance.
• Logistics & Operations: Plan and facilitate company town halls, manage logistics for offsites and events, optimize internal policies, and maintain operational offices. Support employee headcount data and new hire onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-4 years in business operations, accounting, finance, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in managing AP/AR workflows, including traditional finance and crypto/token (DeFi) transactions.
• Experience creating financial models, KPIs, and budgets.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, and audits.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to optimize financial operations.
• Experience in contract procurement and vendor negotiations.
• Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Knowledge of DeFi, Web3, and crypto/token operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in corporate and startup environments, particularly in Finance, Fintech, or Web3.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passionate about integrating traditional business operations with Web3 technologies.
